Beer Pal is committed to protecting your privacy as an online visitor to our website. We use the information we collect about you to maximize the services that we provide to you. Beer Pal respects the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you and adheres to the national privacy principles established pursuant to the Privacy Act 1988 (Commonwealth). You may change your details at any time by advising us in writing via email. All information Beer Pal receives from its customers is protected by our secure server. Beer Pal’s secure server software encrypts all customer information before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all customer data collected is secured against unauthorized use or access.
Beer Pal is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your preferences which can provide suitable beer specials to assist you in making an informed purchase decision.
Whenever you use our app/web site, or any other web site, the phone/computer on which the pages are stored (the server) needs to know the geo location/network address of your phone/computer so that it can send the requested information to your phone/internet browser. From a phone’s location/computer’s IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that phone/computer, but otherwise it is anonymous.
We do not keep a record of the phone/computer geo location/IP addresses from which user’s access Beer Pal app/website except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes.

We also urge you to remember your username and email address as users are limited to one account per phone. A lost password can be reset on request via email, however, as all passwords are encrypted we will email you a new randomly generated password which can be reset.
